Task 4: Preparation of New Plan

Based on Tasks 1-3, a draft comprehensive plan was prepared for community review. The plan addresses all statutorily required elements for a comprehensive plan and includes a revised thoroughfare plan listing and illustrating recommended improvements. The preliminary draft was presented to the public via the website and at three open houses. Planning Commission is currently collecting comments from the public and will prepare a second, revised draft for review prior to presentation at the second major public meeting.
